How Loop Tasker handles your data

Information we collect

We collect the following types of information to operate and improve Loop Tasker:

Information you provide

• Tasks, notes, and any content you create in Loop Tasker
• Account details such as your email address

Automatically collected information

When you use Loop Tasker, certain data is collected automatically to help us understand how the Service is used and improve your experience:

• Device details such as browser type, operating system, and IP region
• Usage data including the screens you visit, interactions, and performance logs

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain Loop Tasker
• Sync your tasks and notes across devices
• Improve performance, stability, and usability
• Analyze usage patterns through Google Analytics
• Communicate with you when important updates are available

We do not sell your data. Period.

Where your data is stored

Loop Tasker runs on Google Cloud infrastructure:

Firebase Authentication

Used for secure account login and identity management.

Firestore Database

Stores your tasks, notes, and related app data in cloud-hosted, encrypted storage.

Firebase Hosting

Serves the Loop Tasker web application.

Google Analytics

Provides anonymized, aggregated analytics so we can understand how people use the site and app.

All data is stored on Google Cloud servers and protected by Google’s security infrastructure.

How long we keep your data

We store your information while your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, your data is scheduled for removal after 7 days. This grace period allows you to restore your account if you change your mind. After 7 days, all associated data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Data security

We protect data in transit with HTTPS and rely on Google Cloud’s built-in security measures to guard against unauthorized access. While we take security seriously, no online service can guarantee absolute protection.

Third-party services

Loop Tasker uses trusted providers:

• Google Analytics
• Firebase Authentication
• Firebase Firestore
• Firebase Hosting

These services may collect data according to their own privacy policies. Once data leaves our systems, it is handled under the terms of those providers.

Children’s privacy

Loop Tasker is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, update, delete, export, or withdraw consent for your data. You can manage most details within the app or contact us directly.

Account deletion

When you delete your account:

• Your data enters a 7-day grace period
• You may request restoration during this time
• After 7 days, all data is permanently erased

This process cannot be undone once deletion is complete.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service means you accept any updates.
